Please let us know if you've received damaged item/s upon arrival.

In response to this we'll get onto our main shipping supplier (Australia Post) and follow up the event that has occurred.
During the assessment of the damaged item/s and if it has meet our Criteria.
Replacement item/s will be sent to you.
