For any reason you're not happy with what you've bought from us, we've made our Refund and Exchange process easy to follow and you have 7 to 14 days to get it sorted.

REFUND
Before sending item/s back. It must be in its original condition, Not damaged in any way, clean, the packaging is intact, and your proof of purchase is included.
Once we've receive your item/s, we'll assess to ensure that they meet our Refund criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the Refund Criteria Satisfied, We'll then arrange a full refund via our payment provider.
EXCHANGE
You are welcome to Exchange your item/s.
All we ask is that the item/s you're returning are in its original condition, Not damaged in any way, clean, the packaging is intact, and your proof of purchase is included.
Once we've receive your item/s, We'll assess to ensure that they meet our Exchange Criteria.
Once the assessment is completed and the Exchange Criteria Satisfied,
We'll issue a Exchange on the item/s.

DAMAGE ITEM/S
If this event occurs, We want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you, our CHLLEN customer.
Damaged items have a 7 day period to get solved. Prior to sending back we'll ask for photos of the Damaged item/s to assess to see if they meet our Damage Criteria.
Upon agreeing that they have been damaged in the process of shipping or malfunction the item/s will be Refunded or Exchanged.

INCORRECT ITEM/S
In the unlikely event this has happened, We'll ask for photos of the item/s plus your Invoice number.
Once we've receive your Photos and Invoice number. We'll assess to ensure that it meets our Incorrect Criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the Incorrect Criteria Satisfied, We'll then arrange to send out that correct item/s to You...Our CHLLEN Customer!
